India will be embarking on two-year celebrations of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi starting from 2nd October 2018 till 2nd October 2020. Mahatma Gandhi’s life and soul continues to animate humanity transcending national and international boundaries. The core tenets of Gandhi on Peace, Non-Violence, Satyagraha, Poverty, Climate Change etc. provide solutions to many momentous challenges of terrorism, inequality and environmental degradation etc. the world is facing today.

Gandhi’s idea of simple living and strong faith in the power of truth and nonviolence can be the guiding light for generations to come. To him, non-violence was a way of life based on love and compassion. He adopted Satyagraha (truth/soul-force) as a method of non-violent action. Mahatma Gandhi believed deeply that the world had enough for human need but not greed.  His “cosmo-centric approach” guides the contemporary society to find sustainable solutions to the ever increasing problem of biodiversity conservation and greed.

All are invited to attend this memorable event.  The projection will start at 7 pm.
